  This line is to manufacture sandwich panel using EPS(Expanded PolyStyrene) board and sheet metal for wall and roof of factory,fablicated building, warehouse, storage and etc. it is very simple process This line consist of Upper and lower layer sheet forming machine part with uncoiler, Eps feeding megazine with 2'nd structure, Eps board transper line,Optional side and under cutting section accroding to panel shape, Glue mixing part with tank system, Laminating machine with rubber press roller , Panel cutting machine wiith disk saw or blade, Out let free roller conveyor, Electric control system by PLC control Optionally it is possible turn and staker, stretch wrapping system.
